The only downfall with a Samsung Galaxy s6..

  I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy s6. I absolutely love every thing about it. Well...ALMOST every thing. Thee only down side that I've fallen into is the battery usage. I will literally take my phone off of the charger and it will be 100% charged. I will open up my music app and jam out to some music and send a few text messages here and there. All of a sudden I take a quick glance at my phone and realize crap my battery is already down to 64% battery!!!!? From what I remember only like an hour has gone by. How it happens..I am still in the unknown about that issue. But, what I do know is that on days that I am super busy looking for a place to get my cell phone charged up isn't what I want to be doing. At all. 

I love my phone WAY too much to even think about getting rid of it. It's not even in my mind thought at all. So what can I do to try to change my ONE negative about my awesome Samsung Galaxy s6?? 

Get an extended battery case, of course!

I have never used an Extended Battery Case before so this was all new to me. Once I received my product it was very simple to put together. The case is only 2 pieces. A front and a back piece. It also came with a USB cord to charge it.

This is a picture of the back part of the case. In the middle on the bottom of the case is a part that connects to your phone. It connects to where you would normally charge your phone at. That is how your phone will be able to pick up a charge from the battery case.

This is a picture of the back of the case. On the bottom corner you can see a small power button. Once your phone battery begins to wither down..you can just press the power button and it instantly begins to charge!!

I love how it is very very very simple and convenient to use.

 If I am out and about and my phone battery starts to die I can just quickly press the power button in and throw my phone back into my purse. 

I personally have 2 negatives with this cell phone case.

1. It makes my phone feel a lot heavier and bulkier. But then again, what can someone expect when the case has another charger connected to it?? I guess it is just something I will have to get used to.

 2. My phone doesn't feel very protected. I feel like if I were to drop my phone..some kind of damage would be done. I am not sure if the case would just break or if something would happen to my phone?

Just like anything else in this world there are negative and positives about every thing. 

I would recommend this product to anyone that lives a busy lifestyle and doesn't have time to always be stopping to charge their phone. I promise it makes a huge difference to have an Extended Battery Case because it will make your life easier.

Want to get in good shape before the summer begins??

I have just began trying to live a happier healthier lifestyle the last few months and I am totally new to working out. Before the last few months started, I will admit, I always chose the path that wasn't the healthiest. Because of that reason it has taken a toll on my mind and body. I am sick and tired of feeling insecure about my body..so I decided to do what most people do. WORK OUT!! At first, it took me a little bit to find which kind of work out was made for me. I am glad to say that it didn't take me too long to figure out that I love Pilates, Yoga, and Piit. 

Whenever I first came across the opportunity to review a Pilates Ring by Fitness a2z I had zero knowledge about using one. I didn't know if it was going to be easy or hard to use. I didn't know how to even begin using it. I didn't know if it was popular or not. I didn't know anything about it. I am SO glad that I jumped on the chance to review this product though because it has made my pilates workouts so much more intense!!

2 quick ways to use the Pilates Ring:

Stand up straight with your heels together. Squeeze your inner thighs and make sure you are really initiating your core. Hold the Fitness a2z Pilates Ring right in front of your chest (don't forget to hold it with both hands!) Your hands need to be flat with your finger tips pointing away from your body and your elbows bent slightly.  Proceed to press the ring in 10 times and then hold it in for 10 seconds. Keep doing this every time you move the ring up until it is over top of your head and then do it moving it down to the front of your chest again. You can continue doing this until you literally can't take anymore!

Lie down on your side (left or right side once done with that side you will do your other side). Rest on your elbow. Place the ring between your ankles and stretch your legs out away from you with your toes pointed. (Your hips should be stacked vertically.) Lift your top arm straight up and lift your ribs up from the floor. Inhale and when you exhale squeeze the ring as hard as you can. Inhale and release the ring. Repeat this process 10-15 times and then switch over to the other side!

My Review

When I first opened my Fitness a2z Pilates ring box I was a little surprised that it was just a ring with 2 soft cushion pads on each side. I thought really?? How is this even going to help me out? (Yes, I was being 100% negative.) I then began to play around with it. I first stuck my arms out and put my hands over the pads. I then began to squeeze in and out..making the ring go in a little bit and then go back out. I did this only for a short period of time when all of a sudden my arms began to burn. I could tell that this Pilates Ring was going to actually be on a much harder level then I originally thought. 

The last few weeks I have been using the Pilates Ring 3 days a week. (I actually found some pretty good Pilates Ring videos on YouTube.) Let me just inform all of you that using this Pilates Ring is no joke!! I use it for an all over body workout and it is only 30 minutes long, but it gets pretty hard! By the time I am 15 minutes in I am normally screaming from the burn! (Yes, letting small screams of torture out here and there does help me feel better about the burn and it actually pushes me to go further.) 

I absolutely love Fitness a2z Pilates Ring. After I am done exercising with it I can just feel my muscles getting tighter and stronger. I have noticed my thighs have gone down a bit since I started using this awesome Pilates Ring. I will have to say that I either do Piit, Yoga, and Pilates (with my ring) 6 days out of the week. Therefore, my thighs might have slimmed down from doing all 3 of these exercise routes. But, I am thinking it is from the Pilates Ring. If you use a Pilates Ring or have used one... you can understand why I would think my thighs thinning down is from the Pilates Ring. 

I would most definitely recommend this product to any one that is new to working out, that is new to Pilates, that has been doing Pilates for a long time. I promise, once you start using Fitness a2z Pilates Ring you will feel the burn and you will not be disappointed!!

I found a few videos online that show you ways you can use exercise bands. Ways that I honestly would have never thought of! I have been enjoying finding ways to incorporate the exercise band into my exercise routine.

My Review

I absolutely love this product!! It is super easy to apply and to use. Every evening when I wash my face I apply 1-2 pumps onto my face and neck. I personally do not apply any other products on my face after I apply this product, but you can apply moisturizer and  an eye product if you want to. I don't see any need to apply any moisturizer after I put the Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum on because it, alone, leaves my skin feeling extremely moisturized! 

This serum has an orange scent to it. Its definitely not too over bearing. I don't like strong scents of orange, but this scent is perfect. After applying this product I actually begin to feel very calm and relaxed. 

The texture of this serum is very thin. Once applied to my skin it doesn't feel like its clogging my pores because its very "thin". It absorbs very fast into my skin and I am not left feeling like my skin feels sticky or anything bad like that. 

I have only been using this product for a few weeks now and have noticed a slight change in my skin tone. It is all starting to become ONE color now instead of a whole different array of colors. Also, my skin just appears brighter. I feel like I am walking around with that beautiful "pregnant glow" with out being pregnant. I also LOVE how well this product moisturizes my skin. I would highly recommend this Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum to anyone that looking for a mini upgrade to their skin. I am very pleased with this product!!

My Review

I am in love with these awesome Feeling Magnets. I have really been trying to embrace a healthier lifestyle this year. I believe to achieve that a person has to work on the inside first before they can work on the outside. 

When I first got these Feeling Magnets I was probably a bit too excited to get them. I did use them with the cute tin box for a bit, but I decided to upgrade them to the kitchen fridge because I have been dealing with a whole bunch of different emotions and I had much more room on the fridge. I also feel like it is better for me because while I make coffee every morning I will do my Feeling Magnets. (If anything changes during the day..I make the appropriate changes asap.) 

I have learned a lot about myself with using these Feeling Magnets. For example, I have noticed that my emotions are a lot more negative when I don't do yoga or exercise for a day. I will point out the obvious, I am a woman and my monthly friend comes to visit me and I can tell when she is about to stop by for a visit because my emotions begin to run wild!!

I also love the fact that I am not the only one in the house hold that have been using these lovely magnets! My step son uses them from time to time. He normally doesn't express his feelings very well, but when he uses these Feeling Magnets it really helps him open up more.
